Process

Six steps, in detail

One producer runs your project from the first call to the final file, so nothing gets lost between departments.

  1. 01

    Call & brief

A 30-minute call about your goals, audience, deadline and budget. No obligation, no jargon.

  2. 02

    Proposal & treatment

Within two business days: an itemised quote, a creative direction and a schedule.

  3. 03

    Pre-production

Scripts, storyboards, locations, casting, permits and a call sheet everyone signs off.

  4. 04

    The shoot

A senior crew, cinema cameras and professional sound. You watch live on a monitor.

  5. 05

    Edit, colour & sound

First cut, your notes, a refined cut and a final colour grade and mix.

  6. 06

    Delivery

Masters and platform versions, captions and stills, delivered and archived.

Timelines

How long it really takes

Headshots and listing photography are delivered within days. Most commercials, corporate films and music videos take two to five weeks from the first call to final delivery, with one or two shoot days in the middle. Documentaries and multi-part series take longer because the story is found in the edit.

If you have a fixed launch date, tell us on the first call. We plan the schedule backwards from it and tell you honestly whether it is realistic.

What you will receive

  • An itemised quote and a written creative direction
  • A shared call sheet and schedule before the shoot
  • Private review links with time-coded comments
  • Final masters, platform versions, captions and stills
FAQ

Process questions

How quickly can you start?

We usually send a written proposal within two business days of the first call and can often shoot within two weeks. Rush schedules are possible.

Do you only work in North Hollywood?

North Hollywood is home, but we shoot across Los Angeles County, the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita, and travel further for full-day productions.

Can you shoot both photo and video on the same day?

Yes. Combining photo and video on one shoot is one of the most efficient ways to build a campaign, and we plan the schedule so neither suffers.

What do we need to prepare?

Just your goals, deadlines and any brand guidelines. We handle scripts, shot lists, locations, permits, crew and equipment.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds of revisions are included on every edit. Additional rounds are quoted in advance, never added as surprises.
