FAQ

Working with us

How much does a video cost?

Most projects fall between $1,500 and $15,000 depending on crew size, shoot days, locations and post-production. Every service page lists a starting price, and every quote is itemised so you can see where the money goes.

How quickly can you start?

We usually send a written proposal within two business days of the first call and can often shoot within two weeks. Rush schedules are possible.

Do you only work in North Hollywood?

North Hollywood is home, but we shoot across Los Angeles County, the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita, and travel further for full-day productions.

Can you shoot both photo and video on the same day?

Yes. Combining photo and video on one shoot is one of the most efficient ways to build a campaign, and we plan the schedule so neither suffers.

What do we need to prepare?

Just your goals, deadlines and any brand guidelines. We handle scripts, shot lists, locations, permits, crew and equipment.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds of revisions are included on every edit. Additional rounds are quoted in advance, never added as surprises.

Who owns the final work?

You receive a perpetual licence to use the delivered work across your channels. Raw footage and full buyouts are available on request.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. We carry general liability and equipment insurance and can add venues or locations as additional insured.

FAQ

About specific services

Can you write the concept for us (brand commercials)?

Yes. Most clients come with a goal and a budget, not a script. We send creative routes within a week of the first call.

Can you film at our office (corporate video)?

Yes. We bring everything we need, set up in under an hour and work around your team’s schedule.

Can we shoot in one day (music videos)?

Most of our music videos are one-day shoots. We plan the schedule around light and set changes to make that possible.

Can you deliver photos the same night (event coverage)?

Yes. We can add an on-site editor who sends selects to your team during the event.

How do we get products to you (product photography)?

Ship them to the studio or drop them off by appointment. We return everything once images are approved.

How many looks can I do (headshots & portraits)?

Our standard session covers up to three looks. Theatrical and commercial looks are easy to fit in.

How fast are listing photos delivered (real estate & architecture)?

Standard listing photos are delivered within 24 hours, twilight sets within 48.

Do you post for us (social content)?

We deliver ready-to-post files and captions. Scheduling can be added if you want it handled.

How long should our film be (documentary & brand stories)?

Most brand documentaries land between three and eight minutes. We advise after the research calls.

Can you fly anywhere in Los Angeles (aerial & drone)?

No one can. Some areas near airports and stadiums are restricted. We tell you before booking what is possible.

Can you edit footage we shot on phones (post-production)?

Yes. We stabilise, grade and mix phone footage to sit alongside camera footage.

Do you do 3D animation (motion graphics)?

We focus on 2D and 2.5D motion design and partner with 3D artists for full 3D work.

What if the venue internet fails (livestream)?

We carry bonded cellular units that take over automatically if the venue connection drops.

Can we hire you only for strategy (creative strategy)?

Yes. Plans and scripts are yours to produce with any team.
